Please read each item's description fully before purchase. We ask you to choose your neck size from the dropdown box for our made to order collars. We will then make your collar to fit you, but also give you plenty of adjustment room to either go a little tighter or about and inch and a half looser.

If you normally wear your collar very loose, please select your true neck size from the box, then leave me a note with any instructions on the sizing, for example 'my neck size is 14" but i'd like it to go up to 16" please' that helps me make it the correct size for you. 

for premades, the size advertised is the range of holes available for adjustment. If you are right on the edge of one size, please got for a bigger size up. Any excess strap you can simply then trim off. We cannot alter, swap or refund items if you have selected the incorrect size.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit & debit cards and also PayPal. We use PayPal to process all of our payments for us as it is the safest and most secure method. We do not see or hold any of your card or banking information.

To pay via debit or credit, simply check out with PayPal. you will then see a page, at the top you have the option of logging into PayPal and at the bottom there is an option 'don't have a PayPal account? pay with card' , choose that one :) 


How much is shipping?

Will my order be discreet?

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain packaging (normally a brown bubble mailer. ) The customs form will have 'fashion accessory' written on it. There is no mention of whats inside, or the shop it's come from. If I know you, I might occasionally sneak a my little sticker on the envelope but not always. Inside the package will be a flyer with our shop name. You will be billed via Paypal from 'TC ONLINE'.

How long does it take to make my order?

We may take approximately 10 working days to make your item . We generally  work Monday to Friday.  I work extremely hard to keep dispatch times reasonable, and we will close our made to order section to slow down orders if we are reaching capacity. 

If you have requested something to be altered, changed, or we have had to order in some materials for your item, this will increase the waiting time. If something should happen to me that would prevent me from completing your item on time (such as a severe illness or circumstances beyond my control) I will communicate with you, and you will be contacted as soon as I am able to, and be offered the option of a refund. 

The status of your order will sometimes change depending on what stage your item is at. 

  • Pending: Your order is in the queue to be made.
  • Your order is being made: We are making your item, it is too late to request any changes. Your item will ship soon. 
  • Paused: This is normally due to you having placed a second order. we pause the first one so they can ship together.
  • Awaiting Tag: we are awaiting your tag to be engraved
  • Canceled: You have requested your order to be canceled
  • Awaiting Customer response: We have emailed you, and we are awaiting your response. 
  • Completed: Your order has shipped.

Do you do custom orders?

No.  we used to do full customs but due to the demand for our items we can no longer accommodate full custom requests. We now offer 'build your own' slots.  We do NOT make 'exclusive' collar designs/customs for individuals. Anyone can design a 'build your own' collar using the add-ons provided. With the amount of variables available, you should be able to create something really special! 

We will not re-create designs brought to us from other shops. Please support the original artist. 


Materials & Allergies

We use various materials in our designs. Most handmade items are made from Vegan leather, however we do make and stock some real leather products which are clearly labeled. We NEVER stock any fur products and carefully check any faux fur items to make sure they are fake. 

Metal hardware may contain Nickel, Zinc, Silver, Gold, steel, Copper and Brass.

For Nickel Allergies: You can either coat the back of any metal parts with an allergy coating/varnish (available off ebay) or a clear nail varnish. We can also cover the back of the central D ring with a small piece of faux leather. We recommend avoiding collars with spikes and crystal rivets due to the backs of the studs being nickel (unless you coat them).

What are the age restrictions on your items?

This is an 18+ shop. You will be asked to provide your DOB when ordering.

Can I promote your shop for you?

No. Our wonderful loyal customers who save up their hard earned money to spend in our shop are our best promoters! we do not purchase reviews or videos. Messages will be ignored. try finding new shops that are actively searching for promoters :)


Can you donate to, or promote my charity?

No, I'm sorry. We only work with Registered Charities, at the moment this is exclusively Kinksters For Critters


Will you use pictures of my item on your social media?

We reserve the right to use any images of any designs we make on our social media & by purchasing from us, you understand and agree with these terms. If for any reason you do not want a picture to appear on social media, (for example, it is a gift or suprise) please let me know at the time of ordering and I will use discretion!
